Technical IAM Consultant

Bouw mee aan de toekomst van identity & HR-integraties

Bij Joinly werken we aan een platform dat automatisch regelt wie waar toegang toe heeft binnen organisaties. Volledig gekoppeld aan HR-systemen, Microsoft Entra en tientallen andere applicaties. Integraties zijn dus mega belangrijk voor ons.

We groeien snel. Daarom zoeken we iemand die het leuk vindt om techniek, AI en klantprojecten te combineren in één rol.

Geen klassieke consultant.
Geen pure developer.
Maar precies ertussenin.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt mee aan echte klantimplementaties van Joinly en het KoppelHet-platform.
Denk aan:

  • Koppelingen bouwen met API’s van HR-, IT- en SaaS-systemen

  • AI-assisted integraties maken met tools zoals Cursor / Windsurf

  • IAM-structuren en rechtenmatrixen inrichten

  • Workflows ontwerpen voor onboarding, functiewijzigingen en offboarding

  • Klanten helpen bij inrichting, testen en livegang

  • Kleine projecten zelfstandig begeleiden

Je zit dus dicht op de techniek én dicht op de klant.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken geen perfect CV, maar iemand met energie, nieuwsgierigheid en ownership.

Je past goed als je:

  • 0-5 jaar werkervaring hebt

  • Technisch genoeg bent om:

    • API-documentatie te lezen

    • JSON / HTTP / OAuth globaal te snappen

    • logisch te denken in systemen en flows

  • Interesse hebt in identity, security en automatisering

  • Goed kunt communiceren met klanten

  • Zelf projecten durft te trekken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt

  • Graag werkt met AI-tools om sneller te bouwen

Bonuspunten als je al iets kent van:

  • Microsoft Entra / Active Directory / IAM

  • HR-systemen of SaaS-integraties

  • JavaScript / TypeScript / scripting

  • Low-code / automation / workflow-tools

Maar motivatie vinden we belangrijker dan ervaring.
