Five things people want to know before booking a demo. If your question is not here, ask it during the demo.

  • How long does an implementation take?

    That depends on your scope and the complexity of your organisation. A standard HR to Microsoft Entra connection is set up quickly; broader governance takes more design work. We always start with a clear scope and work towards go-live in phases. In the demo we give you a realistic estimate for your situation.

  • Our HR system probably is not supported.

    It probably is: 78 HR connections are available, including AFAS, Youforce, YouServe, Nmbrs and Loket. If yours is not among them, get in touch and we will add it. Beyond that we synchronise users and roles to any business system with an API.

  • What does it cost?

    Core is € 1.35 per account per month and Flow € 1.85, with ITSM integrations as an add-on. The prices are published on the site, including a calculator for your own number of identities. Implementation is not included: that depends on scope and complexity.

  • Do we need our roles in order first?

    No. Most organisations start with onboarding, role changes and offboarding from HR, and add roles and permissions later. You can upgrade from Core to Flow at any time; your configuration and connections are kept.

  • What happens to our data?

    Your data stays within the European Union, in a data centre in Amsterdam. Joinly is ISO 27001 certified and works with data minimisation as the default. The trust centre explains what we record, who can access it and what you can request.
