  • The price is based on the number of identities (users/accounts) actively managed via Joinly. You pay per month, with a minimum amount depending on the chosen package (Core or Flow).

  • An identity is a person or technical account managed via Joinly, such as employees, external users or service accounts.

  • No. Implementation depends on scope and complexity. Customers often start with a compact basic implementation and then expand in phases.

  • For Joinly, partnership means a collaboration that goes beyond mere delivery. We build long-term relationships in which we are jointly responsible for a successful implementation and reliable support. By working closely with clients and partners, we continuously translate practical insights into improved processes and new functionalities.

  • Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your configuration and integrations will be preserved.

  • Joinly supports AFAS, Youforce, YouServe, Nmbrs, and Loket HR systems, among others. If your HR system is not listed here, please contact us. We are happy to add your system. Furthermore, we synchronise employees and roles to any business system with an API.

  • Certainly, Joinly works for both cloud-only (Microsoft Entra ID/AAD) and hybrid customers (Microsoft Entra ID + Active Directory).

  • Certainly. Direct support for multiple HR systems is also provided by Joinly.

  • Certainly, service accounts and shared mailboxes can also be managed in Joinly.

  • We apply a data minimisation policy, encrypt sensitive data and store our data in Amsterdam.

  • Joinly scales completely with your organisation, so whether you have 150 FTE or 5000, we are happy to help!

  • Yes, we even encourage that. You can start with the core and automate more and more processes and access with Joinly.

  • Joinly automatically scales with your organisation. As new employees onboard, they are automatically included in provisioning and count towards the number of identities. Upon offboarding, accounts are deactivated and the active number of identities decreases again.

  • No. Only active identities are counted in the pricing. Employees who have offboarded through Joinly and have been deactivated in the target system are no longer counted. This way, you do not pay for accounts that no longer have access.
