Your HR software/identity provider
Employee is created
As soon as a new employee is created in your HR system, they are automatically created in all your business applications by Joinly. This way, the account is automatically issued and created for the new employee.
Employee data is modified
Joinly retrieves the modified data from your HR system and synchronizes all changes to your linked business software.
Employee changes position and/or department
A position change may affect the rights the employee has access to. The position change is automatically retrieved by Joinly and synchronized to your business software.
Employee leaves the company
When an employee leaves the company, they are automatically deactivated by Joinly so that rights from applications are revoked and accounts are deactivated.
